Ingredients: flour(wheat*, calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), raising agents: (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate). *Organically grown. May contain traces of barley, rye. Instructions for making banana cake. 1. Grease a special cake mold with butter. Preheat the oven to 190°C. 2. Beat in a bowl 200g of butter, 200g of sugar until the mixture becomes creamy. Add 1 tsp. vanilla extract and beat. 3. Beat 3 eggs (one at a time) into the bowl 4. Add 500g of flour and beat. 5. Mash two ripe bananas, add to the mixture and beat again. 6. Add the rest of the flour and mix the whole mixture. 7. Pour the mixture into the special metal form (pan) and smooth the surface. 8. Bake for 55-60 minutes. 9. After letting cool in the pan for 20′, place the cake on a wire rack to cool.
