Product Description Flour produced in France with 100% French wheat, and obtained by milling soft wheat from CRC® crops. Wheat flour ideal for making French Tradiron baguettes, with a creamy crumb and a thin, crispy crust. It is the perfect ally for baking and a balanced diet with its good fiber and carbohydrate content. Flour having obtained the “Label Rouge” certification. Ingredients Wheat* flour. Ingredients followed by * are on the list of the 14 allergens that must be declared. Wheat* : cereal containing gluten. This product is not subject to OGM.
