DescriptionCNC Milled Aluminum D-PlateThe Nexus Grinder 1/2″ thick Aluminum D-Plates are completely manufactured on a CNC milling machine. The wheel side is milled flat with a face cutter, and the wheel mounting holes are CNC tapped 1/2″-13 threads. Milling our D-Plates ensures the most accurate and flat D-Plate available on the Canadian Market.Our D-shaped plate was designed for slack belt grinding. Wheel mounting holes are 1/2″-13 CNC machined tapped for accuracy. The center mounting hole is 1/2″ diameter, the slots for a flat platen mounting bracket are 1/4″ wide and 6″ apart, the u-shaped adjusting slot accepts a 3/8″ bolt. The 1/2″ tapped axle holes are 10.5″ center to center and will accept an 8″ long platen if you use 2″ diameter wheels.This is for One (1) D-Plate only.We use these CNC milled Aluminum D-Plates on our Nexus Grinders.
