DescriptionCNC Milled D-Plate with Idler Wheels and Glass PlatenUpgrade or start your homebuilt grinder project off with our CNC Milled Aluminum D-Plate, Platen with neoceram liner and 2″ Idler Wheels with stacked bearings.The Nexus Grinder 1/2″ thick Aluminum D-Plates are completely manufactured on a CNC milling machine.  The wheel side is milled flat with a face cutter, and the wheel mounting holes are CNC tapped 1/2″-13 threads.  Milling our D-Plates ensures the most accurate and flat D-Plate available on the Canadian Market.Our D-shaped Plate works for slack belt grinding. Wheel mounting holes are 1/2″-13 accurately tapped. The center mounting hole is 1/2″ diameter and the U-shape adjusting slot accepts a 3/8″ bolt. The slots for a platen mounting bracket are 1/4″ wide and 6″ apart. The axle holes are 10.5″ center to center and will accept an 8″ long platen.Our set includes Two (2) of our Nexus Aluminum Idler Wheels with three stacked sealed 1/2″ ID bearings, two (2) x 1/2″-13 threaded bolts, with machine washers, and lock nuts. Note: these wheels all have 3 stacked bearings. Mounting bolts for D-Plate to tool arm are not supplied.
