High Fidelity Trauma Trainer The Multiple Amputation Trauma Trainer® (MATT™) is a ruggedized, tetherless, remote-controlled trauma trainer that delivers high-fidelity simulations of lower-body injuries commonly caused by IEDs and other explosive devices.
