The simulated large caliber gunshot wound can be packed with simulated blood is pumped into the wound using the attached 1L squeeze bottle. The gunshot task trainer includes a hard plastic simulated bone inside the wound. The bone insert has a simulated fracture/defect and can be easily removed for cleaning.
