Preparation: 20 g. mashed potato mix (3 heaped tbsp.) 70 ml water and 70 ml milk or vegetable drink 1 tsp. oil or butter Salt Preparation instructions: 1. Pour 70 ml of water and 70 ml of milk or herbal drink into a saucepan and heat until boiling. 2. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add 20 g (1 sachet) of puree mix to the hot liquid and stir. 3. If desired, add 1 tsp. of oil or butter and a pinch of salt. 4. Wait 1 minute and then stir vigorously with a wire whisk. The mixture is sufficient for 1 serving.
