Description DEAU LOUIS MEMORY, the supreme cognac! Roundness and balance, generosity in the mouth and exceptional length. Created in homage to Louis DEAU , born in 1665, who settled in the Cognac region in the 17th century. The LOUIS MEMORY cuvée is made mainly from very old Grande Champagne brandy. TASTING NOTES Very rich in aromas, it denotes subtle flavors: dried fruits, honey, cigar box, vanilla, cinnamon. The palate is rich and generous and of exceptional length. It is best enjoyed plain at room temperature (18 degrees) in a tulip tasting glass accompanied by a good cigar for amateurs.
