Description Grape Varieties: 100% Xynisteri TASTING NOTES Nelion Meletses Xynisteri is a single vineyard white wine from Pretori village, cultivated by the producer at 900m and matured in oak barrels for 12 months. The wine reveals aromas of citrus, quince, apricot, herbs, vanilla and a touch of oak from the barrel. On the palate, it is medium bodied with high acidity and moderate length. PAIRINGS Nelion Meletses Xynisteri, due to its aromatic character and crisp acidity, pairs exceptionally well with Meditterranean and Asian dishes, meze, grilled oily fish and shellfish, grilled chicken or poultry, pasta with white sauces, green salads, vegetarian dishes and light white cheeses, such as halloumi and fetta. You can also enjoy it on its own as an aperitif.
