Family:  Gourd (Cucurbitaceae) Annual.  115 days to maturity. (Halloween Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie Pumpkin) Vining pumpkins, fecund fruiters. Great for kid’s gardens or for adults to grow for kids.  Pumpkin carve-able, flesh makes good pies.   Also, the seeds can be lightly toasted with a little salt or eaten raw and uncooked–usually but not always shelled before consuming.
