Adobe is a line of organic reserve wine that reflect the highest quality of the vineyards and a deep respect for the environment and its workers. Everything used to make this organic wine is of natural origin. Tasting Notes Varietally authentic with a nose of broken bay leaf, citrus zest a touch of grapefruit. A gentle, textural palate with bright citrus acidity and green apple. Ideal with shellfish and lighter fish prepared with lemon, such as ceviche. It also makes a good companion for sushi and pastas with seafood sauces, or to enjoy as an aperitif with fresh cheese. Region DO Valle Central, Chile Note- Please be aware that some of our organic and natural wines may present sediment and crystals within the bottle.
