In this one-off experience you’ll get to go behind the scenes and discover Ruby & White’s butchery process. You’ll learn about a variety of cuts of meat as our expert Butchers break down an entire carcass of Beef. This is a chance to see firsthand how different cuts are butchered, as well as hearing how best to cook them. This experience isn’t hands on, but it’s perfect for foodies who are curious to find out about the intricacies of butchery. Our Butchers will be sharing their knowledge and vast experience at the block, and you’ll get to take a selection of freshly cut steaks home with you, alongside a handful of serving suggestions.
