Goats cheese log made in Murcia, Spain. The logs are approximately 1kg in weight and is a soft-ripened cheese made from pasteurised goat’s milk. It has a semi-soft texture and has a mild and creamy flavour with a hint of citrus. The product must be kept refrigerated and is also suitable for vegetarians.
