Olympus Feta cheese is a Protected Designation of Origin product, produced following a traditional recipe from pasteurised sheep, goat’s milk, salt, rennet, and culture. It has milk fat on dry matter 48% min and moisture 56% max. It has a rich and creamy flavour, a pure white colour, and makes a perfect addition to salads and other dishes. Or is often enjoyed on its own. Feta is a traditional Greek cheese which comes in a 1kg plastic wrap. The product must be kept refrigerated.
