Description DPA Top Cover Bleed Screw 7123-351A for CAV LUCAS / Roto Diesel DPA Top Cover Bleed Screw – This screw is found in the top cover assembly of most DPA style pumps. Please note that it does NOT go in the main housing. If you need the one that goes in the main housing of your pump, you can find it here. Please be aware that you do not need to use very much torque on either the made bolt nor the internal bleed screw. The inside wall of the screw is made to OE specification, which to be honest, should not be as thin as it is. This particular bleed screw does fine being hand tight as it only has hold back a few PSI, and I’m guessing that’s what they were focused on when designing it. Unfortunately, this leads a lot of people to break the bolt by over torquing it. OEM Part Numbers: 7123-351A 7123-351B 7240-20B Fitment Guide: This bleed screw goes in the top cover (this does not go in the main pump housing!) Most top covers on DPA style pumps use this screw.
