Description Stanadyne Cam Pin / Advance Screw for Roosa Master Diesel Injection Pumps People attempting to repair their Stanadyne or Roosa injector pump themselves frequently break this cam pin trying to get it out. This is especially true when the pump has never been a part before. During manufacturing Stanadyne / Roosa Master put the cam screws in much tighter than they need to be, making them tricky to get out without damaging them. There are about 3 different types of cam pin that this one replaces depending on what year the pump was made. The oldest of these pins used a basic Allen wrench. It was replaced by a 6 point that was not really a torx bit at all. The last version of pin (the one we are selling here) takes an oddball version of a T45 torx bit. Stanadyne provides this bit to fuel shops such as ourselves (for an exorbitant price). However, you can still get it in there without the tool, but it might take a bit of ingenuity.
