Description Gasket kit 24371 for Stanadyne / Roosa Master Pumps Our Gasket Kit 24371 is not the OEM Stanadyne KIT–it’s actually better than the OEM kits, and that’s not just a sales pitch. We use these aftermarket kits to complete pump rebuilds everyday, and we genuinely prefer them to OEM. This kit is just higher quality, better bang for the buck, and more complete in its part selection. It fits hundreds of pump applications from John Deere, to Case, to International Harvester, and that’s just to name a few. Please check the fitment guide below to see if this kit will work for your pump. Inside this kit are the line washers and drive seals needed for installation. As well as the infamous Flex-Ring, which is the villainous culprit of many a pump failure. Fitment guide for Gasket Kit 24371: This kit DOES fit all pumps with model numbers that start with: JDB DBG DBM DBO DCB DCM This kit DOES NOT fit pumps with model numbers that start with: DB2 DB4 DM DES DS CBC CDC Tip Corner (flex-ring installation): Firstly, the flex ring does appear to be too small, see last photo. It is the stretching that holds the assembly together. Using snap ring pliers (last picture #1), Gently stretch one hole over one of the rivets in the cage first. The rivets on the cage are taller, Making it easier to stretch over. (last picture #2). Next, move across to the other side and do the same to evenly spread the ring. All 3 cage rivets need to be done first. (last picture #3) Then finish out putting it over the remaining rivets. (last picture #4) Note: This replacement kit is new in a sealed package.
