Vivre Gourmet’s classic Hummus is everyone’s favourite Middle Eastern dip. We make it the traditional way with chickpeas, tahini (sesame seed paste), a great quality olive oil, lemon and garlic. We like to eat it with sticks of celery, carrot and bell pepper and some warm pitta bread.
