Oranges slow down degenerative tumor forms, thanks to the strong antioxidant action exerted against free radicals. Finally, they ensure active control against acid radicals, which are nothing more than toxic chemicals produced by incorrect nutrition. It should be borne in mind that oranges should be eaten in wedges, because half the pectin of an orange is found in the albedo, the white and spongy part that internally covers the zest. So it is better not to be too meticulous in peeling them, because by eating a little white skin you will have the right daily dose of this important fibre. The packaging varies according to the customer’s request, for example: a box measuring 30 cm x 50 cm contains about 7/8 kg of product, a box measuring 60 cm x 40 cm contains about 6 kg of prepared product on a single layer. The box is covered in the upper part by a layer of food cellophane to preserve the product during the journey. On each box you will find the label with the origin of the product and the date of the packaging specified. Keep in a cold and dry place.
