RECIPE Cake Mix 1000g Liquid Egg 350g Vegetable Oil 300g Water 225g Raisins 200g (if required) METHOD Add premix to the bowl Add liquid egg over 1 minute on speed 1 Mix 3 minutes on speed 2 Add water and vegetable oil Scrape down Mix for 2 minutes on speed 1 Add raisins, mix through until evenly blended Scale at 450g into a loaf tin Bvake at 190c for 50 minutes (or until baked) Deck oven 6 top, 2 bottom.
