Just add water, oil and additions (chocolate chips, fruit, nuts etc.). Used by professionals. Contains 12.5kg. User Instruction: (also printed on packaging) RECIPE 1000g Cake Mix 620ml Water 110ml Vegetable Oil METHOD Add cake mix to a bowl and add 420ml water and 110ml vegetable oil. Mix for 1 minute on a slow speed. Scrape down. Mix for 4 minutes on a medium speed. Add 200ml water. Mix for 2 minutes on a slow speed. Bake at 165c in a lined tray for approximately 40 minutes.
