The cutter measures 80mm in diameter. To use simply cut out the frill cutter from your florist paste / mexican paste then cut an inner circle out of the centre of the frill (the size of the circle cutter will determine the width of the frill. Then simply use a cel stick or ball tool to soften and frill the edges.
